A lot of people think they can control their bad habits by having self-control, will-power or sheer determination.  But the truth is, these habits are not necessarily controlled by our conscious mind; our habits, memories, fears and phobias all live in our subconscious mind and in order to change these habits, you need to access your subconscious mind through one of our hypnotherapy audios and fuel it with positive messaging in order to overcome and change unwanted habits.
