This More Self Esteem Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who need to value themselves and their self worth. Self-esteem refers to a person’s beliefs about their own worth and value. If you feel like you may need help working on your self esteem, you most likely have a diminished sense of worthiness.
Self-esteem is so important as it heavily influences your choices and decisions. This session will help you to find a new self-confidence, to be more assertive, to feel more self assured and increase your self worth. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways so you improve your self-esteem.
