This ‘Releasing Stress & Feeling Calm & Relaxed’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session has been created to help you release any stress and anxiety from your mind and body. In this session, we use various techniques including mindful body relaxation techniques to help you feel physically and mentally calm and relaxed. We recommend that you listen to our session as many times as you can to really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to feeling calmer and more relaxed.
