This ‘Releasing Stress & Feeling Calm & Relaxed’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session has been created to help you release any stress and anxiety from your mind and body. In this session, we use various techniques including mindful body relaxation techniques to help you feel physically and mentally calm and relaxed.
