This ‘Fear of Confrontation’ guided meditation and hypnotherapy audio is aimed at people who are afraid of confrontation and speaking up in difficult situations. A lot of people’s fear of confrontation is based on false assumptions for instance, that if you tell someone that you disagree with them, it will result in them not liking you.
In this session we will help you to face situations when you feel you need to stand your ground and stand up for what you believe in. We will help you realise that your voice is valid and that confrontation is not always something to fear or avoid.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help the mind create new neural pathways to dealing with confrontation.
