To achieve success, it’s important to understand that your brain can work against you. It doesn’t care about your big goals and how you reach them, the only thing it wants is to keep you alive and it will listen to anything you say to yourself. Negative self talk will therefore play a strong part in how you feel and behave. The more you talk negatively to yourself the more your subconscious mind will follow and it will try to keep you in the pattern of the negative thinking, behaviour loop. So for times when we experience procrastination, self-doubt, negative thinking, anxiety and so on, instead of letting that govern our thinking, we have created this hypnotherapy audio to help retrain and rewire those thought patterns so you can overcome those obstacles and to truly start believing in yourself.
