This Loneliness Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who have a feeling of disconnection from friends, family or society. For many people, loneliness can significantly impact your quality of life and your physical and mental health. This session will help you to manage those internal feelings and help you find ways to create healthy relationships to combat loneliness.

We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to feeling less lonely.
