This Loneliness Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who have a feeling of disconnection from friends, family or society. People can often experience loneliness for a variety reasons; superficial online interactions can sometimes replace meaningful face to face connections contributing to a sense of isolation. Additionally, major life changes such as relocation, relationship breakdowns or loss of loved ones can also intensify feelings of loneliness. Our audio will have people to take proactive steps in order to foster genuine connections, engage in activities that align with your passions as well as having the courage to join any clubs or communities, to meet like-minded people and dilute those feelings of loneliness.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to feeling less lonely.
