This Timidity Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who are shy, lack in self-confidence or courage or who might hold back for fear of embarrassing themselves. If you suffer from a lack of self-confidence, little courage to do the things you want, extreme shyness or have shy feelings that build into a powerful fear, you might find yourself avoiding social situations or holding back on trying new things.

This session will help you overcome those feelings of shyness and fears resulting in you feeling more confident and much more self-assured. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to being more confident to live the life you want.
