This Dating Confidence Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy is designed to help people who may approach dating full of anxiety and with a negative inner critic.
This session will help you to build your inner confidence whilst dating so you radiate positivity and you genuinely enjoy your dating experiences. In this session we will help you to feel more confident, take control and manage any blushing or awkwardness when feeling stressed or anxious.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to having more confidence when dating.
