This ‘Better Sleep for Children’ Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at children age 7+ who struggle to get to sleep at night/who wake in the night/who suffer from bad dreams. To keep their attention focussed it’s only 15 minutes long and will help your child not only feel more relaxed, safe and protected in their beds, but will also stop any negative or unwanted thoughts . In addition, we will help them to unlock their imagination and explore their creativity in their dreams, leading to them feeling more excited about going to bed at night. Your child can listen to this audio as many times as they like, day or night, until they no longer need to. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to sleeping better.
