This Alcohol Moderation Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people wanting to moderate their drinking and not those with a serious addiction to drinking alcohol.
Drinking mindfully is the key to drinking moderately. For instance being fully conscious of your drinking, how each drink is affecting your mood, behaviour, thoughts, and your body. We’ll help you to rewire your thinking patterns around drinking alcohol and to be mindful of when, where and how much you are drinking. We help you to acknowledge when it is time to say ‘enough’ and to manage your alcohol consumption within reasonable limits. Hypnotherapy to stop drinking too much is incredibly powerful and can help you to make changes once and for all.
We recommend that you listen to our alcohol moderation session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to drinking with moderation.
