This Agoraphobia Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who are fearful of situations where they can’t escape leading to them being afraid to leave their house or only sticking to safe environments. For some agoraphobiacs when they find themselves in a stressful situation, they’ll usually experience the symptoms of a panic attack, such as: rapid heartbeat. rapid breathing (hyperventilating) feeling hot and sweaty – which can feel terrifying at the time.

In our session we will teach you breathing techniques to help you manage and cope with your anxiety as well teaching you to feel safe wherever you are. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override any old beliefs and help your mind to create new neural pathways to feel much more confident when faced with fearful situations.
