This Accepting Yourself Guided Meditation & Hypnotherapy session is aimed at people who are living with self doubt, always thinking they can do better, striving for perfection or being too hard on themselves. Always seeking to be the best at what you do or having to prove yourself to others can be exhausting and leave you feeling worried and unfulfilled. In this session we will help you to acknowledge that there may be many things you’d change about yourself if you could, but the one thing that you are in control of and the one thing we want to start with is unconditional self love.
We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and start to feel much more fulfilled in your own self worth.
