This ‘Emotional Eating’ guided meditation and hypnotherapy audio is aimed at people who use food as a comfort when dealing with their emotions. Emotional eating can be a way to suppress or soothe negative emotions, such as stress, anger, fear, boredom, sadness, loneliness and worry.
Many things can trigger emotional eating like daily stresses, negative thinking, major live events and a lack of self-esteem or self-confidence. In this audio we will help you be more aware and more mindful when eating. You will be more aware of what you are eating and why you are eating it, giving you a more positive relationship with food and what you choose to put into your body, thus resulting in eating more healthily instead of quick fixes that leave you wanting more.
