When to listen to your MindTALK audios?
We would suggest you listen to your audio either sitting on a chair or lying on your bed or sofa. The key to going into a deep state of relaxation is to make sure you are somewhere quiet where you can relax and unwind, free from interruptions for up to 25 minutes.
We advise that you listen to your MindTALKs for a minimum of 4 times to really compound the new suggestions and make positive, permanent changes. Please ensure you rank how you are feeling BEFORE and AFTER listening to each audio.
